Order processing

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Delivery times

We currently ship within the contiguous United States. Estimated delivery is 7-15 business days after your order is processed.

Shipping rates

Shipping costs, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order ships.

Delays

If we cannot ship your order within the time stated, we will notify you and you may cancel your order for a full refund.

Lost or damaged packages

If your tracking has not updated for 10 days, or your package arrives damaged, email hello@takeoffday.com with your order number and we will make it right.
